Our Volunteer Guide to the
Outreach360 provides a turn-key approach to service, meaning we take care of all the details so that you can focus on what really matters: the service. When you register for an Outreach360 trip, we purchase your insurance, arrange meals, housing, ground transportation, and your service projects. All we ask is that you arrange your flights and make sure your full program donation is raised within 30 days prior to the beginning of your service trip.

Individuals, choose “Register as an individual for a short-term trip (1-4 weeks)”.
Family and Team Leaders, choose “Start Team/Family”.
Summer 8-week interns, choose “Register as an individual for the Caminos Program”.
Complete the registration. Then, when additional family members or team members are ready to register, they should visit the same registration page and choose “Join a Pre-Registered Team/Family," choose the team name from the drop-down menu and complete their own registration. Each family member or team member needs to register. All registrations must be complete at least 30 days prior to the trip.
Flight arrangements are the responsibility of the volunteer. It is important that you choose the correct airport to fly into, as well as arranging to arrive and depart within our published windows. We recommend that large groups use a travel agent in order to book in advance. Detailed travel information is available here. Flight arrangements need to be complete and communicated to us at least 30 days prior to the trip. Please forward your itinerary to firstname.lastname@example.org.
For individual and families, a $100/person deposit is due upon registration. Please do not register unless you are ready to make this financial commitment. The remaining program donation is due 30 days prior to the trip.
For teams of 10 or more, additional time may be needed to process the $100/person deposit. We encourage you to have your deposit submitted by the early sign-up deadline, and your remaining program donation to our office at least 30 days prior to the trip.
Outreach360 offers scholarship credit toward the program donation for teams of 10 or more ($100/person), and for volunteers who submit their deposit by our early sign-up deadline ($100/person). A thorough look at the available scholarships is available on our cost page here.
A requirement of receiving these scholarships is that all logistics are complete 30 days prior to the trip: all volunteers are registered, all flight information is to us, and the full program donation is completed. Not having these items complete can mean a cancellation of the scholarship or even a cancellation of the trip. Members of a team who are not registered at least 30 days prior to the trip will forfeit their group and early sign-up scholarships.
Volunteers who are relying on a school or university to process the funds, please make sure to submit your request in plenty of time for your deposit to be complete by our early sign-up deadline, and the remaining program donation payment complete 30 days prior to the trip.
