Volunteer Programs
Preparing Students to be Gainfully Employed
Not all students will have an interest in pursuing college. Children most interested in vocational jobs are taught a base level of skills, and a specialty skill. Some of these skills may include:
- Construction
- Welding
- Mechanic
- Agriculture
Please note that this program is not available for each week of the year. Being involved with the vocational training program is subject to availability.
Clear Objective
Children are prepared for either a job upon completion of grade 12. High school students are required to provide 8 service hours/month at the center, and 160 hours of service at the center during the summer.
