Tom and Paula Eklund, Directors Tom and Paula live in Glendale, AZ, and manage the Outreach360 program from their home. Tom has an industrial engineering degree from Arizona State, and Paula has an education degree, also from Arizona State. Prior to founding Outreach360 (formerly Orphanage Outreach), Tom worked for IBM in engineering and sales, and Paula worked for American Express in customer service. |

Bryan Linck, Associate Director - bryanlinck@outreach360.org Bryan is a graduate of Central Michigan University, with an undergraduate degree in education and a masters degree in non-profit/business management. He volunteered with Outreach360 (formerly Orphanage Outreach) several times before joining the staff full time in January, 2007. Bryan lived in the Dominican Republic where he was the OO Team Director, responsible for leading all volunteers. He is currently back in the states where he is working as Associate Director, residing in Michigan with his wife Amy and twin girls. |
![]() | Courtney "Coco" Barrett, Nicaragua Country Director Coco joins us from Toronto, Canada. Coco first volunteered with Outreach360 (formerly Orphanage Outreach) in February of 2004, and has been working with Outreach360 full time since November 2004. Coco is responsible for all of Nicaragua's in-country activities of Outreach360. Prior to joining Outreach360, Coco worked with the Bob Rumball Centre for the Deaf in Toronto, and still volunteers annually at an all deaf-blind camp in the state of Washington. |
![]() | Alma Fletes, Nicaragua Leader Alma is a native to the town of Jinotega, Nicaragua. A social worker by trade, Before joining Outreach360, Alma worked with the organization Aldeas Infantiles SOS Nicaragua, where she was the director of several pre-school centers in Jinotega. Alma joined Outreach360 in 2010 as a team leader and brings with her a lot of energy and knowledge about the needs in Nicaragua. |
![]() | Amanda Frye, Dominican Republic Country Director Amanda is originally from Chicago, but lived in Colorado for 10 years prior to joining Outreach360. She has a Spanish degree from Regis University, and worked with Compassion International for almost five years. Before joining Outreach360, she also led teams to a number of locations, including the Dominican Republic. |
![]() | Nadya Fawcett, Dominican Republic Leader Nadya is native to the Dominican Republic, however has spent much of her time living in Canada attending school. Nadya is fluent in French, Spanish and English and was the director of the French Alliance in Monte Cristi, Dominican Republic. Nadya's focus with Outreach360 will be on English and Literacy education at our Dominican Republic community centers. |
![]() | Terrill Kucera, Dominican Republic Leader Terrill is originally from Texas, but attended Morehead College in Kentucky where he received his degree in Spanish with a minor in French. He has a strong drama background. Prior to joining Outreach360, Terrill studied in Puerto Rico. |
![]() | Caila Mackey, Dominican Republic Leader Caila is a graduate from the College of Charleston where she majored in International Business with a minor in Spanish. Prior to joining our staff, Caila joined us twice for an alternative spring break, leading her College of Charleston team on her second trip. |
![]() | Matthew Manning, Dominican Republic Leader Matt joins us from Chicago. He received a BA in international affairs with a concentration in International Health from Marquette University. He later went on to receive his Masters of Science in Nursing - Health Care Systems Leadership, also from Marquette. Matt has experience working as a registered nurse, specifically with pediatrics and behavioral health. |
![]() | JoLeah Stiles, Dominican Republic Leader JoLeah, originally from south Texas, is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.A. in Communication and a minor in Journalism. Before moving to the Dominican Republic, she worked with Invisible Children for 2.5 years. She spent one of those years traveling around the United States giving presentations about Invisible Children at schools and churches. A proponent of all things whimsical, she loves musicals, anything having to do with Peter Pan, and exploring new places. |
